@MrKoureni Hard to tell in the video, but it looks like a 1/2" needle. That size is perfect for me to do an IM shot in my upper arm.

could you tell me whats the benefits of injections rather than vitamin pills with 18mcg of b12

@hercule50 When you take a vitamin, the stomach acids kill off a lot of the nutrients in it. That does not allow the body to absorb enough of the vitamin, even if you took multiple doses. When you are deficient, you need the vitamin to go straight into your blood system where your body can use it efficiently. The average person does not need to do the injections as a multivitamin would be enough.

I was prescribed b12 /b6 with lipo shots and they have helped me a little with weight loss and fatigue. I was also prescribed testosterone injections. The b12 shots sting for about thirty minutes after I do the injection. I have to use a larger needle with the testosterone because it is so thick but I don't have any pain after the injection.

I have just started on B12 shots. Had my first given by nurse on friday and today I took it myself. I knew it was going to be easy but never did I expect it to be that easy :) I use very long needles, but I think I might want to take the shot in my arm too. Should I maybe get shorter needles or just don't push it in as long?
