i have the incase slider in white and it has scratched up my chrome bezel a fair bit, probably worse than if i had no case at all. i take good care of the phone and have never dropped it! its a very nice case and it still remains on my phone as i have no other cases. looks good, feels solid but scratches chrome bezel! 2/5

Considering that I have seen most of the cases that people are suggesting and I have used them I would have to agree with the Incase slider. I have resorted back to this everytime because of how it looks, feels, protects, and the lay-on-table design.

the ifrogz luxe is the absolute best. it doesnt scratch your phone, it's like the slider without the bad line of the bottom, and it's dockable unlike the other slider

Thats not true, the luxe has scratched many of my friends phones and so I have refused to get it. My Incase slider has been on my phone since the launch of the iPhone 3G and I have yet to get a scratch. I suggest this case to everyone because of its removable bottom to dock on any home docks and because my phone has fallen about four feet and more from my dogs knocking it off bar height counters and desks.
