Etrian Odyssey sucked. Ghost Trick is a fucking masterpiece, great graphics, story and an EPIC but a little sad ending. Okamiden sucks a lot... Kingdom Hearts is a piece of shit. Any Pokémon after Ruby (or Emerald) is shit. They really NEED something new... Super Scribblenauts isn't as funny as it looks... All the Professor Layton games are incredibly funny, have a good story and animations and make you use your brain... DS needs more games like Layton ones... these are the ones that I played.

Hard to say, but I think they will seeing how popular it is, plus people haven't migrated to the 3ds in the same way they did to the nds. I mean they relleased a whole new generation of Pokemon on the nds instead of the 3ds, despite being very close to the 3ds launch date.
