  • This commercial makes all those other snippets make more sense - To me, the snippets make it seem like Nissan's PROMOTING that everything run on gas, like it's a good thing. I don't know just the music and the positivity in the narrator's voice - like it's all a good thing and they never make it clear that they're trying to promote an electric car...that's just what I think though.

  • Wow It's stupid how they used old primitive engines in this commercial, but engines nowadays are very efficient and clean. And WAY better than electricity.

  • The only people this appeals to are liberals that lack the ability to see past what is directly in front of them. The focus group of this commercial must think that electricity just magically comes from the air, and into your electric outlet. Another thing, all these appliances etc. being run on gas in this commercial must be running horribly. I've seen old diesels run cleaner than what they show these gas engines running. However, some of the gas powered things on here would be cool.

  • I love that they ended it making fun of Chevrolet's 'Prius'.

  • @areBtwo6 that would be a volt, hahaha... which happens to be much better than either.

  • @areBtwo6 Chevy makes Volt and Cruze, Prius is Toyota...

  • Interesting concept.

  • Haahhaa this commercial is awesome i mean whats cooler than a V8 copy machine!! By the looks of the smoke id have to say its a ford copier! lol

  • Instead of gasoline, Coal keeps your cars running...

  • @IGotYourBack91

my solar panels keeps my leaf running.

  • @niurou

Good on your part, too bad though most households across America rely on coal to power their homes and this Leaf if they get one.

  • Can't decide which is best: This, SportKa commercial, or VIOS commercial.

  • it seems that nissan wants you to think that gas powered cars are evil, but this is very stupid: don't they produce gas powered cars too?

  • The biggest drawback about these cars is replacing the batteries. I commute to work with a lifepo4 powered ebike. I just replaced my l battery this year after having it for about 4 year and it cost about a grand. Imagine replacing the battery in the Leaf would cost. I hate gas but until a battery technology that will last at least 10 years and the comes down in price, I'll stick with the ebike for commute and in town travel and gas for interstate travel.

  • Half the country's electricity comes from coal which is 10x dirtier than gas, plus those batteries only get like 40 miles total then you have to switch over to GAS to recharge them while driving, and all those batteries have sooo many chemicals, gas produces carbon dioxide which trees need to breathe trees cant clean up battery acid, besides where would mankind be without oil? we'd all be dirt poor farmers, so i say f*ck all the tree hugging electrical addicts and stay with gasoline

  • Can Nissan do that?? True to make electricity it takes fossil fuels but there are hydro electric plants out there like the Hoover dam. The only way there will be a true GREEN car is solar power and I don't see that happening anytime soon.

  • Not exactly green!!

  • @OriginalPyroFilms this globle warming shit is bull shit theirs no going green think 10years down the road after u buy an electric car u gotta throw the batterys away if the batterys last that long i would rather have gas poluting the air the acid poluting the ground

  • That car needs to be plugged in , there for needs electricity , and where dose it come from, burning fossle flues???? So we make much more pollution for the demand, to charge are cars ????? Well you should of told every one that!!!!!!

  • I wan't that gas powered phone! So awesome! and LMAO at the mechanic/technician checking the oil dipstick on that printer. LMAO!!!

  • What i want to know is how cars like this one and the Volt age. yeah the volt and this car are both totally awesome ideas. i Love the volt. it performs like a sports car. but its new technology. when these cars are 15 years old with 200,000 miles on them how good with they be then? that's what i really wanna know. my Toyota has 350,000 + miles on it and still runs great. i doubt a car like this could pull that off without some super serious money spending upkeep.

  • I would never go to the dentist.

  • Hahaha...great ad.

  • what's the song in this commercial?

  • sencillamente fantastic ♥ love Nissan

  • I want a gas powered phone lol

  • LOL..nice one!

  • epic

  • 日本ではこのcmやるのかな?

  • Such a piss take on the Volt. I can barely read the microscopic description above the Volt.
