feelie was not belittling art, he is just exclaiming how amazed he is that there are people who are imaginative and can come up with these things, artistic and can draw/animate, and also make it into an amazing video

I totally agree with Alanqning. Feelie is not belittling at all. It may sound that way because of the word "terribly".
