I'm pretty sure those 13 people who unsubscribed were just "casual" subscribers who really didn't understand what NCS is like. Knowing him, I know the last thing on his mind was intentionally offending people. He just expresses himself, without any filters, which can lead to confusion in those who don't understand it. But I think that's what appeals to his subscribers: the absolute honesty with which he portrays himself in these videos. No artifice, no acting. I think we can all learn from him.
