Hi Zak, Thanks so much for this amazing series of videos. A question about Soy Lecithin that is present in dark chocolate bars I love. Even this kind of soy is to avoid? Do you know witch dark chocolate bar doesn't have it? And a question about barley, that I know contains Estrogens, am I wrong? is it in high quantity there? Does it means Scotch Whiskey too is high in Estrogens? Thanks!!!
He shou wu is a raises estrogen? I thought it helped to increase testosterone.
Because it's prepared in black bean soup might cause it to absorb some, but if it's a small amount on the whole wouldn it balance to the andro side of the scale?
i do not agree on your view on the foods containing phytoestrogens like soy and flax,
you cant say that they are bad for man's body , they can do harm only in larger doses ,which almost impossible to digest . I short i don't think the body is able to absorb that much phytoestrogens from foods like soy ,to threaten man's health and hormones .
@Childrenguild That chart is great for the maximum, although IMO less ejaculation is always better IF it is accompanied by the proper exercises to keep the energy flowing and not becoming stagnant. Sex is important and the author doesn't differentiate between ejaculatory sex and sexual kung-fu. There's no such thing as too much sex when it's kept gentle and it doesn't interfere with daily activities and chores etc.
@ThomasDeanNordlum It's fairly negligible if it's just the elastic that is around the waist, but if it's in the material of the underwear itself that's not ideal. It's better than 100%...! You might want to consider buying a different make in the future. It's probably not worth throwing your current underwear away and buying new ones.
damn bro. nice stuff but the clothes part i think is pretty hard.. lol. and one more thing about the retention.. does forcing it back, right before you ejaculate work ? or is that bad cause your forcing it back down.
@12o1 I'd avoid that practice unless you're already doing it and it's fine for you. People have stopped teaching it because a certain number of men injure themselves with it. It's differences in anatomy. You have slightly thinner vas deferens for instance and when you do that, the backpressure could cause one to burst.
Asides from that, that practice still loses some "energy" since a lot of the seme just ends up in the bladder and gets peed out.
@SecretsOfLongevity ic ic. then i dont understand what other way to do other than trying to force it back down, or is it preventing the moment itself or what.
@12o1 Somewhere in the series I recommend books on sexual kung-fu, which is avoiding ejaculation. There are specific exercises and things to do to keep the energy flowing without causing damage. I'd suggest Mantak Chia's book "Cultivating Male Sexual Energy".
not all phytoestrogens are created equal it seems. In any case, Ori Hoefelmeker (spelt wrong no doubt) actually recommends flax, did he get it wrong? maybe, maybe not.
Also, apparently beer cans for years have been lined with BPA! Geez Louise! Since I stopped drinking alcohol my whole body has changed...body fat is continually dropping.

@crimangione Soy lecithin does not contain phytoestrogens and neither does hard alcohol after distillation.

It actually is more beneficial .

Great video Zak! ouch for plastics and water. Is anyone doing something different than bottled water? Any info would be appreciated.
mrhawk1272 1 year ago
@mrhawk1272 I'm not sure what it is you're asking, are people using things other than bottles? Glass mason jars is a good place to start!

I was taking a tablespoon of crushed flax seeds a day until you pointed out the ill effects. I'm currently looking for a substitute.
