Where did you get your contour HD and how much was it? I am looking for a onboard camera and this looks one of the best!! I race easykart also so would probobly see you at rowrah!!
the slik tyres will be good for about 30 laps then they will start wearing badly.
There arn't really any ather wear and tear parts but you will have to service it every 15 hours of use and clean it!!
Asecond hand kart is a good idea because it is much cheaper. Make sure you get an approved one from the easykart website. A new one costs around £2,500 including VAT (junoir kart)

AMAZING video, superb quality! Looks like a nice track, lot of hairpins, but at least theres some straights after them. Nice local... Also nice Kart.

i want to do this next year.
how often do you need fresh tyres over the 8 rounds?
what other parts have wear and tear that you'd need to replace during a season on average?
is there any advantage over having a brand new kart compared to buying second hand (if the second hand one has been maintained)

It's a Contour HD, Youtube has diluted the quality quite a bit, looks way better on TV.
