he is a great muay thai fighter, but needs a little more training on the floor for MMA and also he should keep his hands up, he lost a fight to Douglas on friday showtime XC , he has great kicking power, Douglas was almost limping but kicking alone sometimes is not enough. good luck to MALAIPET on his next fight.

Yep, I finally saw the fight on the internet. He had Douglas hurt. Malaipet needs two things. Takedown defense from wrestling and mount escape from BJJ. Any top MMA gym should solicit this kid to become a part of their team. Teach him ground and takedown defense and learn strikes from him. That would be a match in heaven. If this guy could spend 6 months with the Russian Olympics wrestling team, what a monster he would me. Douglas said Muay Thai was nothing. I guess he found out it hurts
