  • on phase one part two it says walk at a slow steady pace, but i am in the habit of using the elipitical monday threw friday. do i have to change that.? i ussualuly sweat alot too while doing this.

  • the real CAUSE (which he doesn't mention here) is your internal weight 'SETPOINT' is too high.  People without the obesity problem can eat 10000 calories and won't gain much weight, their 'SETPOINT' won't let it...

    The 34-page paper by the British Doctor explains all of this perfectly...

  • what is the cheapest place to order the products without making a visit to someone and someone that can show how to do it, i have never used a needle in my life
