OMG I found the song! Lol. Took me like 5 mins after i posted that I recalled it being like a drama song. The song is called "If You Love Me (Music Box Ver.)" and its from the korean drama Sad Sonata, specifically from the 1st OST for the drama. This version is cut short by about 22 secs. The original version with vocals is also nice but this one has more feeling I think. Hope this helps! If you want the song or album, pm and I can send you a link most likely. Lol.
