dude this is fairly easy. Here is a guide as you can see.. you do it with only 1 strafe but you have to hold +duck right after you jump otherwise your head will hit the wall (invisible texture) and you will jump very low. And yes, you don't need to hold duck all the time, because if you do, you wont strafe good and you will end up on the ground most likely..

@muumipeikk0 That's because bigrock is just a strafejump with a surf surface at the end, a little button spam can easily get you there. Redrock is a 220 highjump which, if you don't know prestrafing and edgefriction, is a little complicated. Both are very easy jumps for a good jumper =)

Basically... Once you reach the flat surface of the grayish silver pedestal thats when you jump and duck immediately after jumping, then while in mid air you press D and move mouse to the right and right before hitting the red rock ramp you let go of duck. Took me about 20-30 minutes worth of trying until I got comftorable doing it and now can do it anytime I please.
