My BEST easycap settings

the words may be clear, but its looking like something vomited colour everywhere. what i recommend is get AVS video editor and Video recorder. worked for me. the audio and video (depending on the codecs you have) will sound like it isnt even an easycap anymore, im putting up gameplay, if you want i'll send a video over here as a video response so you can see how AVS treats an easycap (with love, care and HD quality) lol :)

If the audio on EasyCap try to take your stereo audio (Red and White) and put them on Microphone Jack.The audio will be cristal clear.Let me know if this work for you guys.

Audio can be fixed by opening up the casing of the easycap usb unit. This is because it overheats, and the audio becomes distorted.

I've found a way to record and play on xbox without splitters, and both the video and tv are in colour :) unfortunately I have the damn DC60 so I can only record colour in Pal50 :(

hey bro ima help you out not being a dick either and this isnt spam there is a thing called an s-video you can get it at gamestop its basically hd just an older version its like a madcats s-video converter or something its like 13 dollars and its amazing quality check out some of these peoples videos it also works good on dazzles too! :)

Hey man. When you record make sure your settings on your program to record is on 1280x720. in other words wide screen. ALSO you need to render it to on sony vegas 9 or something to make it full widescreen.

I don't know if it's just me, but it looks like good quality, but laggy movement. Also the sound, I heard, you just have to get an adapter and plug the red and white audio cords into it, then that adapter plugs into the computer in a mic input. Just the audio plug-ins for the Easycap are low quality.

Idk about the laggy part because when I watch it in 720p it loads quick, but you are right about the audio. I never know how to get rid of that noise till I heard about the y-adapter audio jack. but it doesn't matter no more. Im getting me an HD PVR
