i'm afraid that the republicans do a very poor job of communicating their message or their beliefs. they don't fight in a way to garner peoples attention or good will. democrats always get the better of the debate. its easy for them to do since they are the "if it feels good, do it" party. when will the republicans realize this is a street fight and not gentle mens fight? stop being on the defensive! individual rights/ personal responsibility are our heritage. that was Reagans creedo!!!!

Wow conservs smoke and mirrors, that politics bro. The bill was given to the body like 10 hrs before they voted on it. It was 1000 pages long. No one read it, yet they still voted on it. 1 trillion dollars of spending. We are not mad we lost, im conserv and i voted for Obama, i just feel cheated.

2 my classmates and me usually read 800 pages on philosophy a week, 2000pages long is really not a big deal. some researches in the bill take the experts several years.

Mr. Boehner--- Thank you so very much for watching out for us, for working for us. I can't figure out what's going on with the bail outs and stimulus. We do these things (last year's bailouts) and we don't see results. So why continue? Where are the assessment benchmarks to see if this spending worked, is working or will work? I'm starting to feel an "us" "them" mentality. This country is an unhealthy patient.
