I just don't get it. When my newborn cries and cries and won't stop, I don't get angry, I get scared. I'm thinking, "Is she sick? Is she hurt? What does she need?? Someone help me help her!!" I would never shake her. Ever. Frantically look her over top and bottom to make sure she's okay? Sure. But never shake her.

I have a niece and a nephew, and I would never ever think to shake them, because I love them to much. It's just heartbreaking to see these cases of Shaken Baby Syndrome. I never had help with my baby. I was with him 24/7, he wouldn't sleep at all unless I would hold him, one time I put him done on his crib and I lay on the floor next to him I looked at the o'clock it was 1:00 PM, I passed out. lack of sleep , when I heard him crying it was 1:15 but I never ever abused my little angel. if I could do it that without losing my temper why can't they. he is all I have he is 21 yrs old now. he still my baby
