The music I've found for this has extra parts and changes places with some of the parts. I'm currently taking an audio poll to see what most people play. My friend wants me to learn it.
The way I play it on the video is the way its commonly played in the Los Angeles/San Diego sessions, but yes, there are other versions with more/fewer parts. Best to learn the version being played in your area.
this song is my current tin whistle dream, im practicinggggg.. its still my first week this is such a quick song :P i love it! i hope i will be able to play it some day
it's beautiful. I'm German so I don't know wether I'm writing what I mean.
You play very good! The sound is so clear, there are no bad noises, the melody is very (Ähm...zusammenhängend?) *thinking about right word* the melody is in harmony (right?)...

i bought my tin whistle yesterday, but i have problems with changing from octaves.
but i guess it just take practice to do that in a fluid way. :)
anyway, nice song :D

to change an octave it depends on how hard you blow on the whistle
For instance keep all holes covered and blow soft untill you get a good clean note.
Now.. try blowing a bit harder. You will notice that the tone will become an octave higher.
Practice the toneladder with that a lot and you will be able to find your way easily after time
