a free throw is nothing but muscle memory and practice. There is absolutley no excuse to shoot lower then 60% free throws and still be in the nba.. You get paid millions of dollars to play a game. Get your fucking ass in the gym with one of you 1000 coaches. Have him rebound for you and shoot 1000 fucking free throws a day. Great example of this is Hakeem when he played for the rockets. went into the league shooting 53% and at the end of his career was close to an 80 % free throw shooter.
