Hey guys its easy to download n make it to mp3 for ur mob or ipod here is the way i do it ..download  realplayer sp , while installing , theres an application/option for youtube video download... thts how i downloaded the video song of it then used the converter of same real player sp to convert it into mp3..its excellent quality ..if anybody needs it can email them the mp3 version
