The map has retired meaning i have deleted it. Aaaand dunno how to help with the patch, or the mac thing since i dont haver mac, but someone on the Forums might know so you should ask there ;)
That's because Cape of distant worlds will have portals to maps only if you have made own maps, or you have downloaded someones map(or some fiend has given you hers/his). All the portals in there in this video lead to maps i have made :P
