Instead of using a grill igniter, try using a range/oven igniter. My uncle used one and it works every time, although he does use hairspray with it too.

It is probably not lighting because you put too much propane inside the chamber. You need a good oxygen to propane ratio. So try putting in smaller amounts of propane into it.

Ya pretty much, it just has a outter shell to cover the barrel to keep it all one size. It will also launch airsoft bb's 200 to 300ft.

It has a 22in long 4in combustion chamber in the back, then a 44in long 2in barrel. And then a 4in cover to make it look like a real bazooka. And theres a grill igniter in the wooden handels that are epoxyed on. I'll post some pic with plans if you want.
