@christianlovesyou11 you get the old free wheel off get a lock ring and a new cog stick em on getting the old cog/cogs depends on what kind u have single speed or multiple speeds

@spartan7777777 coast is still single speed its one gear

@spartan7777777 it has a freewheel, all he did was remove the rear cassette and put on a single rear gear and then just one front gear instead of the three it used. basically it's just a simple gear swap. the freewheel that lets you coast is still on the rear wheel's hub.

Nice bike and video. Single speeds are so much more practical than fixies, especially with both brakes and mudguards.

I have to agree. Too many fixies being ridden by inexperienced riders. Single speed is so much safer, versitile and the beauty is simply divine. Keep riding.

You sohould get it fixed. I was considering Surly but decided to get a Milwaukee Bicycle Co. Frame instead. Thank goodness I did.

hey. thanks. you mean braking? front and rear brake. it's not fixed, it's got a freewheel. though i'm riding it fixed now, so only front brake. cheers
