The girls are a Dutch group called "Doris D and The Pins"

The blond girls is Doris D, and is actualy British, and her name is Debby Jenner, she used to run a fitniss school in Amsterdam.

They made this clip for the Dutch TV programm "TopPop" because the original members of Lips Inc. didn't want to come to Holland or something....!!
