  • Thank you

  • Thanks Ill try it

  • ty very much

  • Thank you!

  • Thank you so much for the info. I really needed to know how to do this.

  • Would you comment on the new CL issue about "ghosting" - where they take your CL ad offline if you use a large image or if they think you're posting your one ad too often? I've also heard that competitors who are selling the same/similar product are 'flagged', thus ghosted too as a result. What to do?

  • Fantastic - clearly articulated intros to each segment of video, makes it very easy to understand. Obviously a great teacher with calm, focused lesson. Don't stop! Thank you.

  • really helpful............... thanx

  • What happens if i get a green circle?

  • @Mirrabam I don't know what you mean by a "green circle."

  • @Mirrabam The green circle means you have uploaded your picture.

  • thank you i didn't realize you could add html to craigslist ads

  • Thank You this was so helpful. I was successful, you have made my day and made me look really smart to my boss lol.

  • Thank you for your message(: it really helped me out! Regards

  • omg please help me out, the tips you gave to user @pbr2424, i need that more specified, i really dont know what exactly to delete.

  • Great video. I already had a flickr account and I used the html code from there. It worked. :)

  • @JibJibran Can you help me please? i can't find the HTML on my flickr page. Can i use an existing image or do i have to upload a new one?

  • @goingbig69 When you see your flickr picture.. you'll see an option for "share" right on top with an arrow pointing down. Click on that. You'll see the HTML code. Simply copy and paste on craigs list.

  • Thanks!

  • Thanks for posting a great video , I appreciate it

  • Thanks!

  • Thanks very helpful

  • Thank you so much!

  • If you looked at when this video was posted (July 2007), there was no Google Chrome then! Instead of trying to find fault with the video, take the useful info in it & apply it to uploading your images to CL.

  • Awesome Video. Thanks for the time you spend it.

  • Great video but everytime I try it I just end up with the link to website that is hosting my pictures. I never actually get the pictures to show up on my CL listing.. Probably something dumb I'm doing. Any help is appreciated..

  • Toward the end of the video (@ 4:24), I have the EXACT code you need to use. It's an annotation to the video because I forgot to include it in the video. I have 2 codes: 1 for if you want people to click the picture to go to your site; & the other is if you DON'T want the image to be clickable. The Photobucket URL in the annotations is just an example. Use the site URL where YOUR PHOTOS are hosted. Good luck.

  • Excellent tutorial. Thank you very much.

  • Excellent tutorial. Thank you very much.

  • thank you very much

  • Thank you so much!

I couldn't figure out why I couldn't post an image on CL and I thought it was hopeless.

    Great video!

  • That was very helpful. The only problem I have is after the image is pasted to Craigs list people are able to click on my posting and go back to my photo bucket account and enter it as if they were me and view all the rest of my account even if I am logged out. Any ideas about that. Thanks so much for any help.

  • I can't post the link structure here (not allowed). But to post an image ad that can't be clicked take the Photobucket addy out of the front of the link. Start at [arrow]img and end at border="0"... up to the final /a[arrow]. Remove the reference to Photobucket at the end too.

To send people directly to your site by clicking the image, put your website addy in the front where the Photobucket addy originally was. You're just replacing your site's link with the 1st PB one.

  • I like your video, but I would like to make a correction. I use Mozilla Firefox and Photobucket to upload my images with no problem. And I place my images ads successfully on craigslist.

  • It's great that you can use Firefox now (that's new). But there are many site where IE is the only way you can upload & download. So it's good to know the alternative.

  • I can use Safari to upload to photobucket with no problem.

  • thanks for the video. It worked perfectly.

  • Great job. You should do some more of these. Maybe one on how you copy a picture out of a web page and change it to a photo file.

    Thanks

  • Very easy to follow tutorial.
