Robert W Scoville, Sr late of San Antonio, Tx was a former Marine and the exact opposite of Col Howard. After having been caught having sex with young German boys in WW2, he was sent back home and drummed out of the Marines. His whackjob son, Richard Morton Scoville carried on the pedophile tradition and was also caught having sex with underage boys, first back in Conn where he grew up and then in San Antonio, where the family moved after more allegations surfaced about dear old dad...

It's July the 3rd 2010 and I was watching the T.V. and they were honoring Medal of Honor recepience and I was looking for Colonel Howard and I didn't see him. Then I looked for why on the internet and I found that he had died. I hoped I would some day see him again. But I will always remember him. He was the kind of person you never forget. It was an honor to have worked for him. A real honor.
