Because if you go on Google Earth & go to that location, nothing is there. In fact, the surrounding little islands are not there either. One of them, is named Port Royal, makes me believe this was a promotion for a pirate movie (probably the Pirates of the Caribbean). It was probably really there on Google Earth for a while, but it's not there now.
