Not so fascinating compared to my system with one 4890 (CPU is on par: PII 955@3.2). I get around 20 with the same settings. And my config was a quarter of the price of yours.

Yep but remember that:

- Hi is playing Crysis Warhead, FPS on Crysis would be lower

- He is not om the most demanding level... On other level he would have half FPS ( which is still more than 99.9 % of the population have ^^)

No fraps isnt recording, he is using a videocamera. If fraps was recording the fps counter would be a red colour.

i have exactely the same specs as yours 8gigs ram and the same videocard but i have a AMD Phenom x4 9850 will i still get the same fps as yours?

I used to think 9800GX2 Quad Sli with E8400 & 2gb ram , would max warhead on 1920x1200 and 4xAA. I guess it needs even more advanced, 480x2 crossfire.

Im sure if you used fraps, we would've seen breath taking graphics. Btw, the crysis that was advertised, was not actually crysis imo. I think that was more of a CryEngine 2 sandbox thing. It wasn't the GAME crysis. The GAME crysis had to be optimized and maybe they had to take out some of the special effects. But CryEngine2 is better?

its funny that crysis doesnt still doesnt look like the way they previewed it before it came out. I think it was a money pit puppet.... Runs great on the i7 though. Actually yours runs better than the guy who had the core i7 2x gtx 295s..

Hi, the other guy recorded it with fraps. this guy uses fraps to show his fps but do not record a video. so basically if he records a video, it will be slower

Ive just bought, a core i7 2.66Ghz, Asus triton 88 heatsync, 6gb ddr3 ram, asus p6t deluxe x58 mobo and a WD 1TB hdd, fuck i cant wait till its delivered tomorrow. ill be getting 2 GTX 295's in a month or too aswell.

Maxishine run this game @ 2560x1600 and gets about 60fps and then when he tested he got Qx9650 @ 4ghz + 3x GTX280 sli..

Crysis is "made" for Nvidia . 2 x 4870x2 don`t scale much in this game :( but even so it is very playable at max settings 1920x1200 4AA

FarCry2 uses crossfire very much , look at my videos .
