I have been suffering from migraine headaches for 18-19 years. I've been drinking Diet Pepsi for 18-19 years, at least 7 times a day. For the past 3 months, the headaches have become indescribable. Almost like labor pain in my brain. I stopped drinking Diet Pepsi for one week now. No migraines for the past two days. WTF, are they trying to kill us? How is this legal?

Stevia is the best substitute. Good stevia has no aftertaste. Google it. No calories, all natural. I get it flavoured and it makes for a delicious drink addition. But of course it is not wanted by big biz so it may not be available in the US. Never trust the FDA. RUMSFELD is responsible for aspartame in everything. Do you really think that Nazi cares about what it does to people? Go for STEVIA! They use it in Japanese low cal drinks too.

You don't have to drink tap water straight from the tap. Either boil it in a kettle to get rid of most the poison, or just get bottled water.

lol...I just ate yogurt with aspartame. I try to avoid it though. Human Poison. I usually go for splenda. Diabetes and obesity runs in my family so I stay away from sugar as well.

why do you use splenda? Splenda is not safe either, the reason most people use it is b/c they are under the impression that its made from sugar so its safe, wrong they take the sugar molecule extract it and replace with Chlorine, yumm chlorine.

well im screwed, i already heard aspartame is bad for you but before i did i went through years of drinking energy drinks non stop and getting high. Now i smoke weed without energy drinks and i have better trips my mind doesnt feel like its being scrambled. Be a while b4 the damage is completely gone unfortunately to avoid aspartame i will have to stop drinking almost all fizzy drinks.
