This event is only in Japan. If you go to Japan with an American, Korean, or another language Pokemon Black or White, you won't be able to get it either. The wifi in Japan only lets the Japanese Pokemon Black and White game. I'm sure sometime when the Pokemon movie comes out: Victini and the Black Hero and Victini and the White Hero comes out in America, the event might be released.

@MrXxshabixX : J'ai reproduis la distribution officiel à l'aide d'une Wondercard de manière à avoir les events sans devoir aller faire un tour au Japon. Les events reçus sont legits.

@Pdm3ThEbEsT : J'ai simplement reçu deux events sur deux jeux différents. Ces events sont actuellement distribués au japon.
