  • Wow! I'm amazed that you have lost weight so quickly! Why have I been overweight for almost 11 years now??? Thinking. I'm sure that has something to do with it!   • Hi, I'm trying a modified version of your diet after completely failing to lose weight on a low-fat diet, and have a question: when choosing your solid food meals, do you count grams of carbs/protein/fat, or just calories? I know you've said that it's important to get enough protein and fat, but I was wondering if you had specific numbers you aimed for.

    I'm very impressed by your videos! Keep posting!

  • That video was created to be watched on my site, with the accompanying Q&A and FAQ Page. As I say on my site (and will post a vid about it), your doctors will most likely tell you to eliminate carbs altogether. Your body burns carbs before it burns fat. I have daily morning & evening exercise routines, and I consume a limited amount of carbs to support them. As I say on my site, unless you're going to incorporate a physical routine, you need to cut the carbs. Read my FAQ page & talk to your dr.

  • ok, so I have NEVER posted any review or comment in my life but I just wanted you to know how you have inspired me. I ordered my shakes but decided to start with what I know tomorrow. Thank you so much for taking the time for your posts, website and so forth. I am going to do a daily body shot and weigh and look forward to being Lara Croft this halloween. My kids are looking forward to that as well.
