i find plenty of ohgr cds in even mainstream music stores. i guess it just depends on where you live.
When i was out in california there was some store just outside of orange county that seemed to have everything ever made subgenre wise. if you're in bigger cities, look for niche stores.

you can. for example her in sherwood park they have DIMD and welt in CD Plus. or you can order them from the peple. and it doesnt cost extra
