  • You see. The difference between how good you are on the field is not how strong you are, but rather, how well you play football. How good is your technique? How fast can you react? Knowing what to do in that split second before the ball or ballcarrier comes flying at you is the difference between being a starter or backup. A winning team or a losing team.

    You see, the training allows you to become better in body, but it's the mental portion that allows you to be the best in football

  • If you want to get big like these football players, you need to spend the majority of your day training. Lifting/running/eating/and sleep.

  • im no football player.but omne thing i do when i work out is drink a vanalla shake,real thin,3/4 milk. 1/4 ice cream.help with energy.i use this plan for 2 months.got in great shape.

  • how can i get big? im only 140 lbs and in high school i need to get huge to fufill my dreams as a varsity football player i have enough will to do anything i need to do to get huge

  • @matt517472 Here are 3 steps to get you big. Lift weights, Eat a lot, and last but certainly not least, sleep a lot. If someone says a way to get you huge in a short period of time outside of seroids they are lieing. It's all about hard work. You can do it if it truely is your dream.

  • @matt517472 This is a little late but attend every lifting and conditioning session with your football team. If not get into a gym and do a lot of bench press, back squats, deadlifts, power cleans, and box jumps. For conditioning run 10 40 yard dashes and shoot for 5.8 seconds or less. Do these with 30 seconds breaks between each. If you don't get your forty under 5.8 it doesn't count. Also do ab workouts. Condition 3 times a week and lift 3 times a week for about 4 months. Drink protein shakes.

  • @matt517472 I'm 16, 160 pounds - playing DE, really it dont always come to size. I learned how to take out big guys, just get the technique, then it's a lot easier !
