  • I'm a pescatarian, and I eat very little fish and seafood weekly. I'm so glad that you at least understand the most of the weight loss success hinges on what you eat/don't eat.

  • I have the same issue it is not the working out that is the problem it is the diet. Keep trying you will get it down. I will keep at it too. good luck!

  • Yeah you def need more than 1700 calories.  But you already know this. You'll get there. shrimp, sardines, crab meat, salmon croquets lots of options for a fish eater.

  • Yeah, I have been eating like a fool and I am losing. You have to plan out your meals. Get you some salmon filets and some WILDTREE (from me) Chipotle Lime Rub and some Roasted Garlic Grapeseed oil and you will see salmon in a whole new light of love. I will be glad to share some recipes or meal ideas with you. There is so much out there to eat that is healthy and yummy. Keep up the good work.

  • I feel you on that note of the squats.... you are doing so great..... so great..... I'm proud of you.... GIRL MY BODY IS OFF THE CHAIN SORE AS WELL . AND MY JOB DIDN'T MAKE IT ANY BETTER. I WAS SQUATING AT WORK THE WHOLE DAY PUTTING UP SUPPLIES AND IT JUST WORE MY BODY OUT. AHHH COME ON WHAT'S YOUR SECRET.....LOL... GO AHEAD AND TELL....LOL

  • wow, you should like me, I think the same thing happened to me. But I didn't lose anything and I've been reading and my body thinks im starving because I'm probably burning like 3000 or more calories per day. But I've only been eating about 1000 to 1300 calories. but thats all I actually wanted. I think that removing the bread, pasta and rice like lowered my calories too much. I'm glad you shared, and wow you are awesome, you really be gettin in with your workouts. thumbs up :~)

  • @SlimByFaith thanks sis...don't get rid of it all together...just decrease the amount you take in...thank you...working out is only like 6% of losing weight....94% is regulated eating w/ the right foods

  • If you're burning 5000+ calories (shoot I wish I could burn that LOL), then you may have to add another 1500 to your calorie count. There are tools online to calculate how many calories you need to maintain your current weight and subtracting you calorie count from that will let you know how much to add. Add Tilapia and if you have to, turkey and chicken, veggies galore and foods with essential fats such as Almonds and avocado will can help you get your calories in.
