Has anyone touched on the VOLUNTEER project that is auditing the NOAA run USHCN? The survey of weather stations raises the question about the accuracy of temps due to site(ing) related issues.

Basic weather observations were discontinued in the early seventies; solar radiation, pan evaporation, etc....

Smart idea, putting this series together. People are far less likely to watch a 15-20 minute video. I love these little snippets to listen to while I'm paying bills. You should get good views with this approach.
