That cant be possible. I have to pull mass current to even remotely get anywhere near that gas production. I've only used NaOH and baking soda as electrolytes, nothing I have done - not even changing my design to a double helix config will give me anywhere near that gas production. I have only seen similar with a resonance circuit but yours is just bolloxing out with gas and I do not understand why.
Have you measured how many litres per minute you're obtaining?

how much current are you pulling? any pwm?

no pwm just 12 volts DC pulling about 800ma
small stainless steel 316L.
diameter 10mill and 6mill
10cm long.
the water is just tapwater.

I've duplicated this by using a kettle. Its a relatively new invention you probably missed that class.
