Don't worry dude. This happened to me before too. They'll revert the layout again soon, trust me.

I think what YouTube is doing is they're testing out the new layout one country at a time to see what opinions the people there have. I live in Indonesia btw, and a couple of days ago, I got the new layout when I use IE8 (it doesn't seem to affect other browsers), and at that time, I asked a friend of mine in the States if she got it too, but said she didn't; seems to be happening to you guys now.

The "favorite" button is under to "Save to" menu, and the "subscribe" button lies just above the video.
