@MeiWatashi RomaHeta is basically a rpg styled fan game where Japan wanted to hangout with his favorite anime characters so he invented a machine to do so but instead created a virus in the program,and got several of the countries into a videogame.the virus is has infected some of them as well and they are working on going back home.you can see most of the videos here

they stopped making it because it got even more popular than Hetalia,and i have no idea if they are ever going to put it back up

Also that theres an Infection, where people can become controlled by the Error. You'll just have to continue the story then.
