  • THE OBAMA MAFIA is making new territories.

  • @MrMichal123

..... All of us, along with myself, just fcking watched!!! so dont u blame these guys now, dont blame hassan, gaddafi - look at urselves. In uganda still 100 of ppl are dying every day! "Invisible kids" etc etc. DONT U DARE TO CRITICISE laugh out of us!

  • Who is the man on the swing? I know all the other leaders but I dont know who he is :S

  • At least he's got Chicken!

  • Even a German Channel had reported about this video in their news. That's so fuckin hilarious. XD

  • What is the name of the song?

  • @mmmgbmmm Those were the days,

  • the ad would have been sharper if it was less politically-correct, and featured the real-life modern day "gang of four" - Robert Mugabe, Hugo Chaves, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Moammar Ghadaffi.

  • whoa, this is so inappropriate, but also hilarious. i completely lost it when i saw idi amin doing the titanic pose on the tank.

people who got offended over this need to calm down a bit. humour is just another way of dealing with bad situations. people make fun of hitler, after all. and laughing at people removes their power, in a way.

  • @SugarCookied u got this feeling because of friendly face of forest whitaker... "last king of scotland" - have a look at realy idi amin... u wont feel the same anymore

  • @MrMichal123 I am well aware of 'the real' Idi Amin, thank you. I studied him at university, and am not a fan of that film. I stand by my previous statement.

  • absolutely stunning, creative guys who made this!!!!

  • well one of my countries former leaders is in this add. and i still find it funny :D

  • in some way very shockin, but wtf does it have to do with fastfood?? ridiculous

  • 2 dislikes , Gadafi and Saif probably , maybe the whole family is coming for the dislike button Lol

  • I think this will offend some people who actually lived under the regime of those dictators. But I and others in the free world have the right to satirise and poke fun at thier leaders. Its normal, and I hope that those who are offended can realise thats its ok to ridicule whoever they want and not get persecuted by expressing their thoughts.

  • Off

  • Foucault

  • This is called post-modernism.

  • awesome ad :D xD

  • “At this time of year no-one should have to eat alone.”

some viewers are furious. One seethed: “Lovely – let’s all make fun of mass killing of innocents while we comfortably eat some f***ing chicken.”

  • Fucking Amazing!

  • fucking classic ad, not that i will ever see it other than right now

  • lol

  • that is just weird. Pushing the boundaries, which I like, but .....but bizarre.. I think I might click thumbs up.

  • hahaha. oh dear.

  • amazing advert.

  • They're sure putting their brand image in Peril-Peril by running this ad

  • This is the most amazing advert i've ever watched XD

  • Lol the Titanic reference

  • This is true advertising!

  • This is one great advert :)

  • I'm assuming the other seats were for Hosoni Mubarak, Hugo Chavez, Kim Joing IL, Bashar al-Assad and Fidel Castro

  • Nando's South Africa gave a tongue-in-cheek response to the expulsion of Julius Malema from the African National Congress, releasing an advert which stated "Juju, you've been served". The firm also responded to the South African Protection of the State Information Bill (referred to as the "secrecy bill") by releasing an advert with blacked out words- parodying censorship in the media.

  • Nando's South Africa have produced a number of controversial adverts and a statement on their website says: "Needless to say Nando's ads have been the centre of some heated topics of conversation. We've also won a lot of advertising awards along the way and they've been fantastic!".

  • Mugabe is then seen frolicking with Saddam Hussein, South African apartheid leader P W Botha and former Ugandan president Idi Amin before the dream sequence cuts out. Nando’s 6-pack meal is then advertised in its place.

  • Nando's has released a controversial advert which shows deceased world dictators such as Saddam Hussein and Colonel Gaddafi joking about with each other.

The 45-second advert, called ‘Last dictator standing’, originates from Nando's in South Africa and opens with a Robert Mugabe lookalike wistfully picking up a Colonel Gaddafi place card from an empty dinner table. In a dream sequence he is then met by the deceased Libyan dictator who starts a waterfight with a golden AK-47.
