Actually, coming from someone who is qualified, her form and workouts are on point. It's not all plyometrics. It's circuit training with plyos here and there. Plyometric exercises are referred to as explosive exercises. Some of her workouts don't even have plyometrics and the ones that do are done for a short time.. These are only 10 sec intervals. These are obviously not beginner workouts. They are for people who are athletic and moderate to good shape.

This is completely UNSOUND fitness! While fit, these people seem to have no real education or qualifications to be implementing workouts. Similar repetitive movements and plyometrics day after day are a recipe for injury. I can't imagine how many people have hurt themselves trying to do these ridiculous, unrealistic workouts

I love the double leg lift exercise off of the balance ball. I do it off the edge of my bed. This time I did the side to side crunch and it KILLED my abs. I loved it! I'm going to work it into my routine regularly. I'm pretty loyal to Zuzana but Lisa-Marie is growing on me. >=)

The general rule seems to be: the less viewers involve themselves in the actual exercises, the less willing or able they are to see the value in Lisa-Marie's instruction. I find I derive more from her workouts: that is not meant as a slight on Zuzana and the others. It may be because of the short, sharp four-minute format; it may be because Lisa-Marie offers modifications right down to beginner level; it may simply be because I am also from the UK, so absorb her humour and diction automatically.

While I still love the videos Lisa is fantastic, I do miss Zuzana and her sweet-attitude. She's the one who pushes me to do her workouts because of her personality. Anyone can make a workout video, but she's not demanding, she's helpful and friendly, Lisa is more demanding, and I get entertainment out of her doing the workouts, but I don't feel like working out with her. Please Freddy, please Zuzka, it's like Zuz has been taken out of it completely, I feel bodyrock isn't the same without her.
