People say Parelli is shit because THEY have tried it before and it didn't work for them! Those kinds of people are impatient and want the EASY CHEAP way out! I'm using Parelli methods on my abused mare and it works WONDERFULLY. She HATED me when I met her but now she LOVES me without food motivation. How many non-Parelli people can do this to their horses without fear that it'll be spooked? And play all 7 games? And play 5 different games with a CHAIR? I love Parelli methods :)

@CherubHorse I agree fully, Horses and humans think different and some people are actually stupid enough to hear that in one ear and out the other while driving them through this work. thinking the movements are a memorization when really its a way to teach HUMANS to be like horses in order to gain the level they need to develop this kind of horsemanship, it has nothing to do with horses, its all about teaching the humans how to use body language to move a horse. Best Friendly game of all the assessments I've seen on YT. Great intensity and the horse was very calm...I see so many out there that are so lax, like they're afraid to hurt the horse with the string or challenge it with a loud noise on the ground. The colt was a bit of a distraction, though. Great job on the video...You two have obviously worked hard for this :)

the easiest way to do is to attend a clinic with an official parelli instructor in your area. if that is not an option you can always get the home study materials from their website :-)

hey (: that was great!!! im trying to start parelli too! the horse im trying to work with is biting. i think its cos hes trying to be bigger then me and sorta dominate nd stuff. any advice??? apperntly the yo-yo game cn help???

what i do is plain parelli :-)

i tried to do it by myself with the home study program -- but it didn't work for me -- i needed more support so i went to attend a clinic ...

this stuff is really addictive as you see results and changes in your horse and the relationship pretty fast :-)

check out my video "Warmup At Liberty" -- this was taken about half a year later -- and you can clearly see the progress :-))

where are you located? there are parelli instructors all over the world :-)
