I have to doff my hat to HONG KONG for organising, managing and completing this Gigantic and tasking project in a short space of time. Its really an extreme project and a very rare one too but it all shows how the impossible can be made possible only in the name of ENGiNEERING.. .Fantastic.. I love stuffs like this. its so entertaining and interesting

This amazing episode is the prime example of how humans are the dominant species of this planet. I mean, creating land mass WITH land mass is just... wow. Then comes the fact that this whole project had only 7 years to be completed. I will never look at anything with the "Made in Hong Kong" imprint ever the same again.

@SierraHawkProduction it actually Dubai International Airport's Terminal 3 now, Dubai took the position in October 2008. I've been to Beijing Airport, Terminal 3 is HUGE!

I was really amazed by the system when I first went there.

@andrewthebestes There was Super Typhoon Megi which was predicted to make a direct strike on HK. But the path of the storm somehow moved away and weakened. There's the joke that Lee Ka Shing deployed a force to prevent typhoons from hitting Hong Kong in order to make more profits for himself.
