I found boa's moves sleeker and cleaner than the choreographers. They prob didn't know boa actually choreographs her own dance and exchanges dance moves with foreign dancers before.
@OmgwtfwtfOmg she could be emotionally hurt though; she has fans, but it doesn't sound like she has any (not a lot) of friends with all the debuting and everything.
This is another reason why I'm worried about Cobu 3d. They may underestimate BoA and not showcase her full potential because it may be ''too hard'' or complex or whatever. She's BoA who has been in the business before puberty I think she can catch whatever body joggling move they got. I really just want to see BoA break even our expectations and amaze us all with ground breaking skill!

What's admirable is that she's taking it all in good heart and not getting offended. If some guy talked to me like that when I'm dancing I'd wanna slap him. Hats off to Boa for keeping her cool and dancing so well!

He was just trying to be careful and preempt any diva attitude like "how the HELL do you expect me to do this while I have to effing SING LIVE?!?!?" So he told her that since he was not given any guidelines, this is what he came up with, but he was open to suggestions to make it more helpful for her to sing live.
But BoA's not like that. She can do both easily :D

BoA seriously makes my jaw drop whenever she starts dancing 0_0 she's just so petite but when she dances, she makes the whole stage shrink ._. at first i was also scoffing at the fact that the choreographer was 'belittling' BoA but after watching it again, i think he was talking about her holding a mic and dancing at the same time cause it may be confusing since she has to switch hands many times (see 0:21 to get what i mean)

Look Who's Talking sounds like a Britney song, but I guarantee that there would be NO WAY that Britney could dance the choreography that BoA just learned for the song. Britney could do some sexy wave thing and wear like skimpy clothes cause that's her concept. That though is not BoA's.
This is one of the reasons why I love BoA so much, she is an amazing dancer and a great singer, some people can be able to do both and look good doing it. Some sing better then they dance, and some dance better then they sing. With BoA she can do both......she does look a little skinny in this video
I agree that BoA is an amazing dancer- I don't think I've ever seen a better Asian dancer, but people shouldn't hate on the "white guy." She did, afterall, hire him. If she didn't need him and could choreograph it herself then she would have done so.
just to defend misha, i think he was talking about singing and dancing at the same time when he said he could make the steps easier. because sometimes all the stepping could mess up and vibrate your voice. Boa is the best though x)

@juzme09 at first i thought he was just talking about her dancing ability too. but now that i think about it, i think he means that the moves are complex and intense, and they can tone it down if it's too much to do the choreo AND sing powerfully at the same time...doing both well simulatneously is hard, even for professionals...still..never underestimate BoA!

This is one of the reasons why I love BoA so much, she is an amazing dancer and a great singer, some people can be able to do both and look good doing it. Some sing better then they dance, and some dance better then they sing. With BoA she can do both......she does look a little skinny in this video

I agree that BoA is an amazing dancer- I don't think I've ever seen a better Asian dancer, but people shouldn't hate on the "white guy." She did, afterall, hire him. If she didn't need him and could choreograph it herself then she would have done so.

just to defend misha, i think he was talking about singing and dancing at the same time when he said he could make the steps easier. because sometimes all the stepping could mess up and vibrate your voice. Boa is the best though x)

@juzme09 at first i thought he was just talking about her dancing ability too. but now that i think about it, i think he means that the moves are complex and intense, and they can tone it down if it's too much to do the choreo AND sing powerfully at the same time...doing both well simulatneously is hard, even for professionals...still..never underestimate BoA!

i learned the dance in a day too. it's not as hard as it looks. the choreography keeps repeating itself and there's some breaks in between. :)
i can never look as smooth as boa though, she's amazing.

I love the way the professional dancer says they can bring the complexity down a notch if necessary! BoA politely listens but you can see she is just rearing to go and show them what she can do.

i agree with you, only talent isn't just hard work. talent is something people are born with and i think hard work and all that is something needed to maintain and perfect a talent and passion is something that motivates a person to put in that much effort. of course i'm not saying anything bad about boa or your comment but it was just an idea :)

Yeah, she is talented BECAUSE she had exeptional training from a young age and because she did and does work exceptionally hard to attain and maintain it.
