  • A god idea :) thx

  • @Foufouvideos welcome ;)

  • its not considered one arm push up once your hands are stretched

  • it's amazing how your body is straight. good form.

  • yay çok güçsüz olsada adamın dengesini sağlıyo ve ordan azda olsa kalkarken destek alıyo

  • adam yay la denge saglıo

  • isnt this thing helping?? :S

  • That is the point of using a band. It is supposed to make it easier than a regular one arm push-up.

  • Yes it is Sir. The band is used to help you when you can not do a regular one.

  • now THAT is a one armed pushup, FINALLY.

  • Great video on how to use a band for assistance. I have a Lifeline TNT cable set and I am going to try it.

  • how much assistance does the band provide? you have good form and are going all the way down, but I think the band decreases the benefits to your core. Also one arm push ups is the type of exercise where you would do few reps (3-6) at the beginnig while building strength. Do 5x5 with OAPs.

  • This is actually a purple lifeline band which is very light (not sure how much weight though). I actually get a great core work with the band because I have so much trouble with regular ones. LOL! As for reps I also like to keep the reps low (up tp 5) but to try for more reps too. It depends what you want to accomplish.

  • u tellem virgil!!! ''WORLDS STRONGEST MAN!!!
