However when a soldier dies in the war, his hometown capital usually flies it at half mast. Same with his friends and sometimes school would fly it at half mast as well. I'm just guessing that because about every year my town looses someone, and the town hall and school has half mast.

You probably have a version of it in Holland, but they had a whole program about a bunch of those people saying 9/11 was done by the government come on and say what they believe, then the show had professionals come in and disprove all of the claims.
