Hey I'm learning Georgian, this is helpful. Some day, could you post something about the differences in pronunciation between თ/ტ, ფ/პ, ქ/კ, ჩ/ჭ, and ც/წ... As well as ყ? These are usually the hardest for English speakers. მადლობა (:

Is 'hello' gamarjobat or gamarjoba ? I have a language course that spells it with a 't' on the end. Which is correct?

hey, i just watched the video but got a bit confused :S so i wanted to ask, in the beginning you said that he she it means is but when u said the verb have in she he has you said mas why is that so?

@sakhalin12 because this is the specific ''is'' ... Georgian is very hard language, if you wanna say that someone owns something, you must change that ''is'' for example:

ის კარგი ბიჭია (is kargi bichia) - he is a good boy

მას აქვს დიდი სახლი (mas aqvs didi sakhli) - he/She/it has BIG house

მას უნდოდა ეტირა (mas undoda etira) - he/she/it wanted to cry

ის ტიროდა (is tiroda) - He/She/It was crying

@jacklondon21 Georgian is not similar to any language. The alphabet is considered to be one of the 13 official world alphabets. However there is some language assimilation over the course of history, for example the Turkish Saat is saati in georgian and Puri means the indian Puri which means bread. Also portokal is portoxali in georgian but those are only a few words.

@WallehA in Arabic hello is also long word, in Russian ''zdravstvuitse'' .. in other languages too. so, just remember that ''such a long word'' :D That will be Great if you'll visit Georgia this Christmas ;)
