I loved scrolling in, to individual units and listen to them have a side conversations. When they're not being fired upon some would talk about like baseball (that's US soldiers) and their banter would immediately change into screaming and yelling enemy positions while returning fire. The side chats added a bit of immersion into the game.

This is how war should be fought!

Plane on plane, tank on tank, man on man, artillery barrage,snipers and the like.

Not cowardly hit and run attacks.

Gotta say it looks beautiful with the artillery in the abckground and foreground with the planes doing airstrikes.

WiC is awesome aswell as CoH!

no you have a preset amount of reinforcemnets 4000p and each unit type cpsts a certain number: heavy tank:1200 medium tank:800 light tank 600 apc:850 aav:800 infantry:650 anti-tank:850 heavy attack helicopter:1200 medium helicopter:800 scout elicopter:600

Probly Closest Realistic Real Time Strategy ever, Next to Age of Empires 3, i think. I got WiC (Not Soviet Assault expansion though) Can't wait to get it (Bought off amazon) Seems really awesome. But i don't understand why they attack in the first place.

@Himntor to surprise nato and when they conquer them, which they get very close to doing, they would have used a;; the extra funds to conquer america, this was their original plan, but then they realised that america was weak and launched the surprise attack that forms the main part of the original WiC's storyline

they could have expanded the missions a bit longer rather than measly 6. it's fun to see from different perspectives. Especially from the bad guys

@Soloeagle54 I think fantikerz uses the Nvidia GeForce 9600GT I'd say it cost between 70 - 90$ depending on where you buy it.
