  • sort of funny that it's another left-handed guitar player though.

  • gay

  • He's got kind of a Rob Sound to him?...Gotta admit I grew up on Sabbath in the mid70s-mid 80s I never knew Geezer had a solo project?...this was total 80s type lyrics lol.

  • Excellent! Thanks for the sharing \m/

  • that's a lot of hair!

  • Sounds like Whitesnake of the late 80's. However, everything with Geezer is great!

  • the singer has quite the beak

  • I don't think this is bad... yeah, a product of the times. Is this Carl Sentence on vox?

  • Comment removed

  • @CraigMoon23 Yes, please do tell us what you mean!

  • Охеренно, шикарная мелодия (тема). Настоящий хард-рок!

  • Nice hair.

  • The thing is, this may seem glam, but its still relatively heavier than the other bands. ALSO this is the band that wrote one of my favorite sabbath songs. Master Of Insanity.

  • great bassist in a bad era

  • @mindbodylightsound10 Bad era lmao. You're right, 1987 sucked for Rock/Metal.

  • I love Sabbath and Geezer, but there was and is only one J-I-M-I.....

  • It is what it is. Remember it's 1987, height of glam, big hair. Sabbath members not immune to effects of era. Just look at Ozzy during Ultimate Sin and even Iommi did some stuff with keyboards. End of decade though, they all seemed to snap out of it. Dehumanizer still rocks. This song is OK.

  • @TheOgrelord Exactly right. although Iommi did play keyboards on "Who are You" from "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath". That song kicks ass...unlike this one.

  • cool I like it

  • this is painful to watch. geezer surrounded himself with artists far beneath him.

  • @serpikris check out geezer's original computer god.

I dont think these musicans are bad. I think they are pretty good but this song

    is really poppy bullshit.

  • @serpikris ..Jimi Bell is NOT 2nd rate..period...Sabbath(geezer) ripped off several of his recordings for the dehuminizer album..

  • Bad song, second rate players (except for Geezer Butler, of course).

  • THe drummer is gary ferguson!

  • @jerkydog who is the drummer?

  • Geezer = bass pwnage

  • Wow this is way poppy for a Geezer Butler song

  • great song I interviewed Jimi Bell the guitarist in this video a couple weeks ago hes a great guy.

  • que bien el tipo!

  • Geezer's awesome!

He wrote pretty much all the Sabbath lyrics before '84

  • Before 1980. Dio wrote Sabbath lyrics too unfortunately.

  • @howardrevolution100 Ozzy left in 79.

  • @howardrevolution100 \why, he was not in sabbath until 1980.

  • Quite nice.

  • Hmm.. Not outstanding, but quite good nonetheless. Are there any more videos of this particular band performing any other songs?

  • Even with all it's flaws pity it never came out. The verse is on fire.

  • is this Neo-Metal?.for the new milleneum?

  • the singer looks like Roger Daltrey XD

  • great!!!

  • ...and headless white Status bass

  • amazing song

  • never heard this before, its pretty good

  • singer sounds a little like rob halford the way he delivers kind of

  • Geezer is the beezer

    and a great bass player

  • Geezer glam!

If you play the bass this are your father!

  • If you are a metal bassist he is your father.

  • Yes... he is my father!

  • @MattBodossian amen.

  • @MattBodossian Can Steve Harris be my uncle then

  • @NinjaJedi11 No he can be your older brother, Without Geezer there would be no steve harris.

  • @MattBodossian touche

  • I never heard anything from this part of Geezer's career, and gotta say this isn't my favorite part of it.

  • Thanks for sharing jerkydog

    n thanks for sending DIOPRIEST!!

  • /,,/ /,,/

  • geezer is the best bass player ever in my opinion i love his playing i also love this project just because of the expiremental stuff he was doing i think its interesting /,,//,,/

  • Well said Diopriest, thanks for sending,

    jerkydog for uploading. /,,/ /,,/

  • Great ,and so different which i think shows what an excellent

player Geezer is and hay this is no one man line up all round great!!!

  • Geezer always seems to have a finger on the pulse of the times, really. Check out the G//Z/R albums from the 90's, even the songs he co-wrote with Ozzy and Zakk Wylde on Ozzmosis deomnstrate that. That's what I like about him, along with being a bad-ass bassist.

  • well said deuce1231 rock on /,,//,,/

  • Geezer rules but this is butt/ass/glam rock schlock. Thank the fucking stars that the late 80's ae dead and buried. GEEZ rules and is where he belongs again--in Sabbath.

  • great song

  • four years earlier he was doing Born Again, and four years later he was recording Dehumanizer. Wow Geezer, this is quite the shift

  • gezzer kicks ass

  • Oh my god, Geezer, you made the best record ever (Paranoid), and here you are bangin' your head like this is the best shit ever...wow

  • Don't like this song very much... but... you are talking about GEEZER BUTLER!

A man that playied masterpieces like war pigs and heaven and hell, and you are good just to say "PARANOID", wich is the most commercial song of the sabs?

  • Carlo, I meant the full-length album "Paranoid," not the song itself (first time I've heard it called commercial! Guess it is for Sab). Geezer is incredible. I love Sabbath, and actually this song is sticking in my head lately...it just seems weird to me to see him rocking out in this vid (shaking himself like it's really happening!), with it being not-such-a-good-song.

  • geezer felt everything he's played so i know for a fact he's liking this. he wanted something different from sabbath.

  • hes talking about the album parnoid its got some of the best sabbath songs war pigs hand of doom planet caravan electric funeral paranoid iron man

  • Heaven And Hell, that's the best album

  • Hho is good steve harris of iron maiden or his de song

  • murderface? i think so!

  • great music, awsome bass

  • Such an incredibly awful time and sub-genre of music. I know because I was there and unfortunately played a lot of it! Hilarious, yet there were so many talented musicians involved...a paradox.

  • Man, you said it!

  • keren, band siapa ya ini ?

  • love jimis hair - LOL

  • jimi bell on guitar, thats my boy love working with him every weekend

  • are you sure that the bass is high enough in the mix geezer??

  • you can hear the bass. its that somewhat muddy clicky yet beautiful sound.

  • haha I know right Talk about "lead" bass. click click click click. What happens when some drunk guy truns the bass all the down on your amp...

  • i think its aloootttt of bottom end actually, its pretty similar to his current tone and that tone has a bunch of bottom end

  • geezer!!:)

  • Geezer don't need Tony Iommi to be Great!!!!

  • And Tony don't need Geezer to be Great!!!! But imagine the two Greats together!

  • i actually like this song. not because its geezer its cuz theres just something about it, like how u can see the 80'sish yets geezer style in it.

  • Geezer is the greatest bassist but i prefer him in sabbath!

  • Carl Sentance on the vocals , great !!!!

  • Geezer and Bill forever!

  • Personally would have rather the band just consisted of Geezer on bass and nobody else.

  • im not a big fan of this the computer god demo which is here on you tube is much better but i prefer geezer in sabbath hes the best bassist ever in my opinion

  • these douches are not worthy of Geezer, espiecaly the singer (looks like a poison wannabe)

  • As usual, the bassist gets lost in the editing. I never even knew about this project! But I'm glad he decided to tour with Ozzy for "No Rest For The Wicked".

  • Pure rubish, Geezer is better than this little mistake though. All is forgiven.

  • They never released any albums, they just played live at different bars and events in L.A.

  • LMAO!

    butler nooooooooooooooooooo

    u fucking cheeseball!

  • I didn't know he had a short lived band in the 80's. How many albums did they have out?

  • he had more than one but not any albums to my knowledge

  • i still think black sabbath is much better †

  • how do u make the cross

  • i think he copy/ pasted it

  • i think he copy/ pasted it

  • although i love metallica james has really never sounded good live, ozzy doesnt sound good live and hasnt since the late 80's, dio sounds great still but sounded better when younger, i think anything from the tony martin era of sabbath sucks and i feel the only legitimate sabbath lineups are Osbourne/Iommi/Butler/Ward, Dio/Iommi/Butler/Ward, Dio/Iommi/Butler/Appice, Gillan/Iommi/Butler/Ward, Gillan/Iommi/Butler/Bevan, Osbourne/Iommi/Butler/Appice, Osbourne/Iommi/Butler/(Bordin & Larkin)

  • the last time that ozzy sound good live was in the live n load album (1992)

  • Well, the last time he sounded good without a little voice amplification you mean. Ozzy is 60 years old, he deserves a little help these days.

  • hahahaha! Yes you re right!

  • is the singer roger daltry?

  • No...hahahahaha

  • geezer God of Bass Guitar!!!!!!!!!!!

  • yeah rock on geeza!!!

  • I used to be in a band with debatably the best guitarist on the east coast, and when he spoke about guitarists he liked, he would mention Sykes, Rhoads, Schenker, but he mainly talked about one guy, his guitar teacher: Jimi Bell. One of the great unsung heroes of rock guitar.

  • I never heard this before.

His more recent cds are way better than this

g/z/r- plastic planet and Geezer- black science, are awsome.

there is a more recent one I have'nt heard yet.

  • this isn´t so good song, but geezer did say this band was only "funtime" band

  • i love geezer butler

  • what concidence, this guitarist and tony iommi are both left handed x)!!!!!!!!!!

  • I never knew this existed, now I have to look for tis on CD, probably out of print, 87 CDs were just coming out and rare then. Goood luck to me finding this.

  • yeah evilmick66 like you said A "Geezer Butler Band" and hardly any shots of Geezer!? That is some serious bull!! cameras are always on the singer and the guitarist(s)being a bassist is unfair but its alot of work!!!

  • What a mediocre piece of shit - almost worse than 'Seventh Star', the Sabbath album from that time. Geezer's the greatest heavy rock bassist ever, and his lyrics are amazing, but this song is crap. I saw the Heaven and Hell tour in May '07, and he's still at the top of his game.

  • Black Sabbath - Danger Zone...TUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNE and it's on Seventh Star.

  • Seventh Star was a great album, very melodic. I don't agree with you about this being "Shit" though, anything with Any member of Black Sabbath is going to be good, no matter what.

I however, do agree with you about him being the best:)

  • i like seventh star but i wouldn't say everything from sabbath members is great for instance ozzy's new album is wank and forbidden was pretty bad.

  • Yeah, but regardless, Forbidden is shitloads better than any of todays metal. :)

Ozzy needs to seriously retire now.

I' a big fan, his studio voice is good but....He's shot himself through the ass on the live scene.

  • depends what kind of todays metal, but yeah its better than fucking trivium! yes Ozzy should retire, Geez and Tony can carry on with Dio, that'll b just fine.

  • Seriously, James Hetfield's like 40 and sounds like crap, while Ronnie James Dio is like 70 and sounds amazing. What the fuck!?

  • exactly, but dio never turned his back on metal and stopped drinking like a pussy, so maybe its karma!

  • Geezer Butler is the best bassist in the world! Long live Geezer Butler!

  • A "Geezer Butler Band" and hardly any shots of Geezer!? That is some serious bull!!

  • Vocalist reminds me of Roger Daltry from the Who

  • Agree! He looks Just like Roger!

  • geezer rules!!!!!

  • this is unbelievably good.
