Not all parents are going to be supportive because them realizing the disease and supporting would mean that they f****** up as parents. They think its their fault that their kid doesn't eat normally.

While looking like a bag of bones is not attractive, being skinny is, and it's a shame that people can't recognize when to seek help for their disorder. I feel that the Ana and Mia websites promote the disorder, rather than provide a support group of sufferers. The websites featured in particular seem to have very degrading content.
