I don't think this really made that much of a difference to people. It was more of an inconvenience for those not participating.

KCP Freeze Mob: If you retain the right to vote you are essentially frozen in time. King Mayors appointing formerly elected officials is the wave of the future. Vote 3 and 4 and lose your right to vote.
