  • this is great . pure talent bro

  • ...dude...

    im jelouse ):

  • oh my goodness!

i loved every single part of it except at the end with that last "te"

    other than that, perfection!

i even got chills in a couple places!

  • dear god, you're amazing with those high notes, our men's choir has to sing this -.-

  • mmm... jajjajajajaja!! esta cancion se canta de pleno... una lirica puede cantar esto... esa voz de falsete que hacess no es creible... espero que mejores... suerte...

  • parts of this actually make it one of my favorites, although its not perfect... it seems like you have really good control

  • i am 15 and working on this piece....i was apart of chicago lyrics opera ...and performed in paglicci last feburary through march....my advice is to watch the dynamic marking.....this piece is written in piano...and she is singing in forte ....dont force the music let it come from your heart...

  • Good voice - keep going strong, you sing well!

  • wow! you have a amazing voice! still work hard! you actually put feeling into the song which many singers don't do. just work on it by being legato and not staccato. GOOD LUCK on your future singing ^_^

  • This is a talented young girl with a fine instrument, unfortunately attempting to imitate a "mature" sound. No use in criticizing the "interpretation", what she needs is proper vocal training, as she is already beginning to pull on her larynx. Best wishes.

  • Nice voice, but like someone else said everything should flow, no staccato notes.

  • You should know that there are no staccato notes in this piece. And dont conduct yourself, its very distracting. And when youre singing that last Te don't hit absolutely every note you can think of on the way up!

  • la verdad es que desafina un poco, pero igual la acustica y el microfono no la favorese.

    la violo

  • desafina un poco...

  • in english its ah dearest love. im singing this for singing lessons

  • Whoops. Meant "In translated into english its "Thou all my Bliss"

  • Yeah. Its in English its "Thou all my bliss."

  • this song is absolutely gorgeous and i love this woman's voice! the english lyrics are so beautiful it's called Ah, Dearest

    Love

  • Actually, it's called "Thou, All My Bliss"

  • really? cause like i sung this in choir and under it it had all the

    english lyrics and yeaa

  • i belive that more than one person could have translated the peice but when i sang it it was thou, all my bliss

  • Yes it was very nice!

    chris

  • perhaps this Aryan was not a good election although not this nothing badly, the only thing that if you recomendarpia is that you review articulation and refining. Your breathing was insufficient for one of pasages and finally the shades that the piece suggests were taken into account and are very important, in short, not this so badly, but this class of repertoire is not for you! Sorry!

  • this video give me memories; good musicians.

  • the colour of her voice is similar to cecilia bartoli's voice colour. I don't love it, but it's still pretty enjoyable ;)

  • you sound so much older than you actually are and you might need to work on your diction a bit but apart from that brilliant!

  • Is your accompanist Annabelle Julien?

  • no, her name is Mylene LaCroix .

  • My friend is doing this as a solo in our concert. I'm doing a duet with amandine12345

  • caro mio bien is not from an opera its an arietta that was written by Giuseppe Giordani...

  • Good, but scooping is not proper for this style of song.

  • did caro mio ben com from an opera? which one?

  • Yes it did...hence being an ARIA!!! I dont know which opera for it isn't performed anymore due to there being no castrati...the practise of castrating you son before puberty so he can become a singer fell into disuse...so we cant perform those operas anymore...hence it is called an Aria Antique

  • its an Art Song. Its a person telling the person who he or she is with how much they love them and for them to believe him or her. Its a beautiful song. I think it means by "My dear one..believe me.."

  • love the voice! of course u are much older now when u see this post but try not to sound soooo old. u are obviously just 14. love to have heard a pure young vibrato sound w/o force.....but great voice!!! always have good breath support. love the detached parts u added to the song. never tried it that way. also the ornamented parts were good. glad u didn't over do the ornaments like some people! LOL! great job.

  • humm, your singing is a little like " seperate"~ should work on the breath more, make the song like a whole one, not seperate,

by the way, I like your high note~ it's so clear^^

  • I sing this on my page too!

  • she's using her head voice to hit the really high notes. but on the lower ones it better

  • just out of curiousity how do you hit higher notes?

  • Well, I have learned, open wide and take deep breaths. Mine still don't sound as good as hers.

  • hehe yes that's right but I was replying to the odd message from ryalry129 stating that she's wrong to use her head voice on high notes...

  • she did a wonderful job but she soundnt have been taught the vibrato yet its not proper for opera to be taught until the voice is completely devloped its very horrible as a vocal teacher to have taught her that they sound have known better

  • good but the scoop in the end was like blah and the vouls to wide

  • she's good but she needs help in learning when to breathe.

particularly those first two phrases would sound better if each was sung wiht 1 breath in between rather than like 3

  • OMG she is so good at 14.I am 14 and I try singing this song with my voice teacher but I cant sing it as great as her.Her voice is so mature at 14.She's great

  • wow shes really good

    im a mezzosoprano too

im also doing this song for a solo/ensomble thingyy

i cant wait this is soo pretty

  • mezzosopranos are amaazingg(:

    haha

  • we just performed this song in my voice class in college, youre voice is quite a gift!

  • i liked it.. it just sounded like you weren't singing the italian vowels with the right pronounciation & the last time you sing.. snetza de te... thats not suppose to be a scoop. but overall.. i enjoyed it. :]

  • i agree with you i sand this song for my solo and the pronnounciations were not like that

  • is she soprano or alto?

    she is a soprano right?

  • she's soprano=)

    and i'm mezzosoprano =)

  • yay for mezzosopranos!!!!!

  • wow you were only 14!! I am impressed. She sounds better than a lot of freshman at the univ where I study.

    good for you.

  • Absolutely brilliant voice! You just need to get your pronounciation right. Also try not to play air piano and pinching the air with each note...lol. Keep it up

  • Voce has potential. Why such difficulty with Caro Mio Ben???

  • She just learned it.

  • ur fabulous!

  • Very nice job!! I sang this piece in sixth grade for our music contests, and it has a few tricks in it. Very well sang, I appreciate the efforts!

  • Very interesting voice... please add many many more pronunciation : this is Giordani, italian not Handel. It helps you with high notes.

  • Do you have a link to hear more of this singer?

  • Your accompanist starts off too fast and then retards it. You will do better if you sing throught the top of your head and will produce a fuller tone. Relax your throat. Exercises that include octave, 7th, 6th and 5th leaps will help reduce the scooping. Keep working at it and well done.

  • she is only 14 in this? I would expect to hear singing like that in college.

  • Not bad for a 14 year old mezzo. ;)

  • mh not too bad but thin voice and pronounciation isn't the best.

  • that was a really great song, and she has awonderful voice! :D keep it up.

  • ehhh... keep on studying!! that is all i can say

  • u rock my socks for a 14 year old

  • im doing this song for my solo for contest, she is doing immaculate on it.

  • What a beautiful, mature voice for a 14 year old girl :) I also noticed the odd hand gestures...I do the same thing when I perform out of nerves.

  • to my mind, the prelude is too fast..

  • your diction is very poor, and u cut the end of phrases very short! But you have a rather powerful voice. I studied the same piece and u should have done it unaccompanied 2 really show off that voice!!

  • I dont like the swoop at the end... I studied the same piece and got scolded for the same thing... No swoops in classical, my instructor told me. Ah, it still was beautiful.

  • Very pretty! That scoop on the last "senza di te" was quite odd, but the rest was lovely. Nice tone, nice range, nice pronunciation. Brava!

  • At the end of every line you sing I hear an abrupt ending of the word rather than a gentle release. Anyone else think she's finishing her phrases with a glottal stroke?

  • ***Senza

  • It was pretty good overall.. Except for the jumping of the notes, and the major scoop at the end on "..zenza di te".

  • I thought that you sang this song very well. Though i did that some of your vowels were slightly off. I am studying this same piece in a different key and i was wondering why you jumped off of Tanto rigor, instead of going through, you could have really showed off.

  • What is the jump notes??

  • why are you singing with music? it would look so much profesional if it was without. also, you have a few pitch problems, often flat. and whats up with the scoop at the end?

  • I cant wait to hear her in couple 2 years she will be amazing

  • I love your voice on this! It sounds pure, and relaxed. Fantastic!
