This looks very staged. See how right as she approaches the fountain, she seems to raise her one leg as if she's sort of climbing over the edge in order to 'fall' into the fountain.

It's her fault that she was texting and walking at the same time. At least look up once in awhile. She's the idiot. Yes the security guy got fired but she shouldn't sue the mall for her stupidity. She should sue the one that put up the video
